Your personal contact information will not be shared with anyone or used for any purposes unrelated to EroticModelBids.com. However, at the end of a successful auction the seller and the winner will be given the appropriate information in order to contact each other. |

I'm under 18 and can't signup? |

In accordance with standard law anyone under 18 cannot participate in this site. |

Who can register to BUY on EroticModelBids.com? |

Any person 18 years or older with a valid email is eligible to register as a buyer. |

EroticModelBids.com is a service reserved for models with official websites. |

Are all registrations to EroticModelBids accepted? |

All buyer registrations are instantly accepted, but are subject to suspension or termination with improper use. All seller registrations are subject to review by EroticModelBids before being accepted. |

How can I place a bid? |
|
To place a bid on an item you must first login to your account. Once logged in a bidding box will display at the bottom of all auction pages. You can use this box to place your chosen bid. |

Can I keep track of items I'm bidding on? |
|
You can keep track on everything you are bidding on by visiting your members area and selecting the "bidding" page. |

How do I know if I am outbid on an item? |
|
Our auction system will automatically notify you via email if you are outbid. |

Selling |

How do I list an item? |
|
You must first be a registered member. Once you have registered and have been approved by EMB staff, login to your account and click on the Sell link. The first thing to do is select a general category for your item, note that you can choose a more specific category further into the listing process. You may then enter in your chosen settings and item description.

How can I keep track of items I'm selling? |
|
You may keep an eye on everything you are selling by visiting your account in the members area. Once in the members area, select the "Selling" page. |

Can I use HTML when listing an item? |
|
Yes you can, however we recomend you use basic tags as complex HTML descriptions may not display correctly. Please keep it simple as well, if too much HTML is used, your item description may be asked to be changed before it is accepted. |

Is this service actually free? |
|
Yes, the standard auction listing is free. Every registered seller will have their auction items listed on their personal model page and on the correct category page free of charge. However, you have the option to purchase additonal listing features to improve the visability of your item. These additional features include bold, highlight, "Featured" on home page, "Featured" on the category page. If you choose one of these features we will bill your account once a month via PayPal. |

What happens when an auction closes? |
|
When an auction closes both the Highest Bidder and the Seller will be notified via email. This is an automated email that will be sent at midnight on the date the auction has closed. This email will contain all of the necessary information for the Buyer and Seller to contact each other. Once you recieve this contact information you can make arrangments for the payment and the shipment of the auction item. |

Do I have to select "Featured on category page" for my item to be listed on the category page? |
|
No, your item will always be listed on the correct categoy page. However, if you choose this option your item will also be displayed at the top of the category page with a thumbnail image. |

Who is responsible for collecting the money and shipping the item? |
|
The seller. Erotic Model Bids simply provides a service to introduce buyers to sellers.

Payment Options |

What are my payment options? |
|
All models and sellers deal with their own shipping and handling. Each seller is required to post the type of payment they will be accepting for each of their items. Each item has its own page and at the bottom of that page you will see a category titled Payment. Within this section, you will see one or more of these options listed: Check, Pay Pal, Western Union, Yahoo! Pay Direct, Visa or MasterCard.
Whatever payment options the seller has selected is the method of payment the buyer will need in order to complete the transaction. |

Will EroticModelBids.com process payments for the seller? |
|
NO. EroticModelBids.com does not offer any form of payment processing to the seller. We are here to introduce sellers and buyers that is all.
If you do not have any means to accept payments and you are interested in selling items on EroticModelBids.com contact support and they will put you in contact with a bank that might be able to help you. |

Why is this a free service? |

This is a free service to models in exchange for cross promoting each other. The way we all cross promote each other is by having links from our sites pointing to our model pages within the auction site.
The traffic shared and exchanged is what I believe will be the most beneficial for everyone involved. |

Am I obligated to continue using this auction service? |
|
No, you are not obligated to continue using this auction service. You can try it out and leave whenever you choose to. No contracts or obligations are required for utilizing this auction site. |

What do I do now that my auction has closed? |
|
Now that your auction has closed, you and the winning bidder will receive an email at the midnight after the close of your auction. for example, if your item just closed at 5AM, you will receive the information in 17 hours, at midnight. With the info enclosed in the email, you will have all of the necessary info in order to be in contact with the winning bidder. At that point, you will need to let the bidder know where they can make a payment to and you will need to confirm their mailing address.
